One of the longest serving and most distinguished Conservative Cabinet members, Cllr Jonathan Gray has represented the Kimbolton Ward for the past 14 years, helping hundreds of local people on a wide range of issues.
As a resident of Catworth, and having lived in the area all his life, Jonathan is highly motivated and has worked hard to see the very best done for our communities and district. As a resident in one of his villages in my current ward wrote: ‘Thanks again for everything you have done for our village Jonathan, you have been so helpful and such a positive presence.’ Outside of his council work, Jonathan also chairs the board of Trustees at Kimbolton School, as well as sitting as a trustee of the Huntingdonshire Community Church, and has served as Deputy Chairman in the Eastern Region for the Conservative Party.
As a longstanding member of the HDC Cabinet, Jonathan is directly responsible for finance and the budget as Executive Councillor for Strategic Resources. Having been actively involved in helping to draft our Conservative manifesto, which sets out real vision for both the Council and our district, Jonathan has been instrumental in the development of our local policies, and remains an active member of the local Association.
