David is a Parish Councillor for Houghton & Wyton and Wyton on the Hill.
He also serves as the District Councillor for Hemingford Grey, Houghton & Wyton, and Wyton on the Hill, and is the County Councillor for the Fenstanton & The Hemingfords Division, representing the additional parishes of Hilton, Hemingford Abbots and Fenstanton.
