More money for road maintenance across Cambridgeshire

The government has announced further funding which will benefit roads in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.

Both Cambridgeshire and Peterborough have received the maximum amount of additional road maintenance funding from the Department for Transport.

Scheme to make repairs to Cambridgeshire roads starts next week

Cambridgeshire County Council’s £4.1 million scheme to repair our local roads begins this week.

The work will see nearly 100 roads being treated with micro-asphalt, and a further 30 roads being repaired through a surface dressing programme.
