Huntingdon Conservative Association were both proud and delighted to welcome the Rt Hon Ken Clarke MP as their guest speaker at a recent dinner in St Neots. The Justice Secretary gave a thoroughly entertaining after dinner speech which was followed by a variety of questions from the floor. Recently appointed Fundraising Chairman Gloria Oakey was delighted with how well the evening went. She stated, 'This event has proved extremely popular with both members and local residents. The fact that we could have filled the venue twice over is fantastic. I hope that the calendar of events that I am working on generates the same level of support.'
